From the NW coast of France, Muscadet has long been the go to wine with fresh oysters--and just delightful with a lot of seafood given the grapes grown in land that was once the Atlantic ocean and is riddled with shells and minerals. Cooler climate wine that yes, is acid forward, but not overwhelmingly, with grassy, tart apple notes as well.   Very well balanced with a light  and airy nature and a stony finish
