A favorite Italian white wine that is just stunning and nuanced and refreshing.   Hailing from the Marche region, on the Adriatic coast midway between Florence and Rome,  there is continuous warm sun during the days and frigid evenings, being tucked into the Apennine Mountains.  
This wine is intense, warm, tasty, fresh and quite balanced--with just the right hints of tart green apple and minerals.  Amazing with oysters and other seafood or cheeses and meats, very versatile.
