Grown on the shores of Lake Garda in NE Italy, rosés from this region are called 
Chiaretto [Key-are-et-toh], meaning pale in Italian.  Made from the same native grapes to this area that produce the beloved Amarone, it is a perfect summertime/apertivo rosé that is delicate but nuanced with loads of crisp berry notes and just a really lovely finish.
