This unique white blend is from an area just 30 miles SE of Rome and has been cultivating grapes since around the 1st century!  The wine is soft, aromatic, and loaded with nutty flavors of yellow fruit, white flower petals, and crushed rocks and vinified in all stainless steel.  Serve chilled with Italian-inspired happy hour snacks (bruschetta, smoked fish, or pizza bianca.)
