Is there too much bad/boring/astringent Pinot Grigio out there? Absolutely.  
But this was a delightful suprise to find--actually thoughtfully made, organic and dry farmed PG from estate vineyards in central Italy just inland from the Adriatic sea--basically a straight line east of Rome. 
Crisp, bright with just the right hit of citrus blossoms--it is the perfect everyday easy drinker.
