Domaine de la Chauviniere Muscadet 2021                                       $14

Bursting with green lime, green melon and Granny Smith apple fruit with just a hint of ripe apricot. It's light, but nicely textured, with a beam of minerality that runs through the bold flavors and picks up a salty feel on the mouthwatering finish. You’ll love how it’s wonderfully energetic and refreshing without being austere or hard-edged at all. Great with oysters, of course, but really just a lovely, refreshing, all-purpose white.

100% Melon de Bourgogne from Loire Valley, France

Ippolito Bianco 'Mare Chiaro'                                                               $15

A medium bodied delight grown just inland from the Ionian Sea in SE Italy.  Gives loads  of tropical fruit, pear, peach and white flowers with a fresh saline finish that transports you to the Mediterranean and is delightful with fish.

100% Greco Bianco from Calabria, Italy

DeFermo Bianco 'Concrete' 2022                                                        $25

Absolute stunner from southern/central Italy (the region just east of Rome), aged in concrete for 6 months from 50+ year old vines.  Vibrant and expressive and very mineral forward with a substantial enough backbone to stand up to slightly heavier meals and lovely with end of season tomato dishes.

60% Pecorino/30% Chardonnay/10% other white varieties from Abruzzo, Italy

Bodegas Blede Castilla de Jumilla Blanco                                         $12

Perfectly pleasant and easy to drink Spanish white that is surprisingly low in alcohol and makes for a great summer sipper.  Just the right amount of ripe fruit and acidity in the finish.

33% Airén/33% Macabeo/33% Sauvignon Blanc from Jumilla, Spain

Avinyo Petillant ''Vi d'Agulla'                                                               $18

Vi d’agulla, the Catalan term for a prickly wine bottled with a little natural effervescence retained from the winemaking process. This vibrant and refreshing wine is the traditional summertime quaffer of the Penedès region of Catalonia in the NE of Spain.   The best way to describe it is that it tastes like the best cava you have ever had with half the fizzy-ness and a touch more ripe green apple.

70% Muscat de Frontignan/20% Macabeo /10% Xarel-lo from Penedes, Spain

Filodivina Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi 'Serra 46'                             $15

100% Verdicchio from Marche, Italy
