Just an amazing vintage sparkling wine from Northern Italy--this is NOT Prosecco!!  Not a hint of sugary-sweetness here, aged for 5 years in the bottle and has the element of vintage wine with the nuances that come with age, yet it so fresh and lively.    Perfect notes of almost unripe stonefruits and very delicate bubbles.
