A delightful surpise stunner from southern Italy, that lives up to it's name--which tranlates to 'We are playing with flowers' and complete with artwork from the winemaker's young daughter.  It is full of all the smells--elderflower, jasmine, a touch of honey and lots of wet stone.    From an area that has very hot and dry summers, you can taste the deft hand this wine was made with to maintain a beautifully balanced control between ripeness and crisp acidity.
