A luscious and velvety wine  that exudes power and elegance, yet has a wonderful mineral finish.  
Hailing from the NE corner of Spain, just a short drive south from Barcelona down the coast.   The  up to 80 year old vines grow on chalky, clay and granular soils, standing some 125–200 metres above the level of the nearby sea, less than twenty miles away.
This proximity to the sea, along with the low rainfall and the substantial temperature variations between day and night, combine to provide ideal conditions for these vines to produce grapes of outstanding quality. This is the real source of their wines, and of their characteristic minerality.
